So I had switched 2 shifts with my co workers. And I was fired because of it. It is completely inappropriate of my manager, Kellie, to do this.

Had placed an order at the valley station location got there and they was closed at 624am! Had to drive 5 miles down the road and have them get my order! Thanks to the other location she placed my order and got me on my way!

Store problems in paddock lake

I am a former employee of the paddock lake Wisconsin location. The general manager there grant Devine let me go for not covering his shift on my day off, a shift that I was given 45 minutes notice for.

He also repeatedly doesnt get the schedule out in a timely fashion or the store orders. We cannot be expected to work shifts that we dont know we have until the day before. He also never shows up in uniform and is more worried about the Oshkosh location where his girlfriend lives and works then his own store. We constantly are running out of milk and coffee beans because he doesnt order enough or flat out forgets.

This location is going downhill fast and it is 100% because of grant. He doesnt know how to run a store properly at all.

Price increase

I thought I would give your store a try and found that by using your app I could purchase a large coffee for a dollar which is the same that Im paying at McDonalds. So I wanted to try to help your store and started buying coffee from you a large for the same price I get it from McDonalds. I came to buy and noticed. 2 dollar increase for a large this is unacceptable.

No response from Scooters Coffee

I was a loyal customer to Scooters Coffee from they opened in Jefferson City. Disappointed how they value their customers. I requested help with the new app not allowing to open with my email address more than one occasions. Because of their inability I have decided to delete Scooters Coffee app take my business elsewhere. Im sure they dont care, whats one customer.

Can’t get into my scooter’s account !

Can I access my scooters account!

I am not able to get into my scooters account. I have tried to reset my password. I am not able to reset my password. I tried deleting the app. I am not able to do that. Iv been trying to get back on using my e-mail sience your update.Have not been able to.Every time it says go to inbox.I do but it dont help .Then when i try to change my password it says iv tryed to many time.It also says my e-mail is not recognized thats not right. What can i do? Im done with you all.You cant even help me so i just deleteed you .
